The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, cutting, quality checking and packing. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours of placing the order. The manufacturer processes the order, which takes an additional 1-3 days.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for an item to be shipped from the warehouse to its destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 15 to 30 days to reach their destination, but sometimes it can take longer.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location, however, once the item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track the progress of your product.
Estimated shipping time:
Africa: 15-35 days
South Africa: 15-22 days
US: 10-17 days
Europe and Australia: 10-15 days
local delivery
The local dealer will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for safekeeping within 3-7 days. At the same time, customers need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company.
Qyfzy will not be able to provide refunds or resend if you do not process undelivered orders or packages destroyed by the shipping company.
